Primarily I like to offer small businesses a service of taking over the construction and perhaps even running of their website.
Larger companies can afford staff dedicated to the job and sole traders who are left to do the job themselves may not produce the results they want.
Any service is entirely customised around need and fees can be negotiated within that, but for simplicity it can be broken down into three service categories:
Bronze
If you just want a website built, designed and no more, then this is ideal. For a flat fee of around £300, you get a unique website, as much input to the look/appearance of it as you like, as many pages as you need and any graphics work that needs done.
Upon completion, I can send the finished website files or upload the website to a 3rd party hosting service. After this, website is fully in your hands
Silver
This is most likely to be popular with any very small business that just wants to hand over all website work to someone and stop worrying about it. This builds on the bronze level in that you get a full website for around £300, but I also host it within my own servers for a monthly cost of £15 a month or £150 for a whole year.
This fee will also then cover making sure that the website stays available as much as possible and you may request amendments here and there.
At no extra cost, you may have your email hosted on my email server or simply forwarded to an address of your choice. Again, you may send requests here and there for new mail boxes or mail aliases. If you're looking for a way to manage email accounts on a more regular basis without going through me, just ask and I can sort out a solution to that.
Gold
This level is suitable for a business looking for something significantly more than just a web presence. Features here include content management (for regular updating of content without going through me), online shops and anything advanced.
Generally, the fee structure would be the same as the previous too with an extra flat fee for each feature as needed. The best approach with this service level is to get in touch with a description of your requirements and we can negotiate what needs to be done.
